1. The service
Temp Mail provides disposable email addresses that can receive messages. The service is free, requires no account, and is provided as-is. Addresses are temporary by design: they may be deleted, expire, or become available to another user.
2. No guarantee of delivery or storage
We do not guarantee that any message will be delivered, kept or displayed, and we do not guarantee that a mailbox will remain available for any period of time. Do not use this service as the only copy of anything you need.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Temp Mail to:
- break any law, or help someone else break one;
- send, receive or store material that is illegal, infringing, defamatory or harmful;
- harass, threaten or impersonate any person;
- commit fraud, evade a ban, or create accounts in a way that violates a third party's rules;
- distribute malware, phishing or spam;
- scrape, overload, probe or attack the service, or attempt to access a mailbox that is not yours;
- resell the service or present it as your own.
We may block addresses, domains or networks that we reasonably believe are involved in abuse, without notice.
4. Your responsibilities
A temporary inbox is public by design. Anyone who knows or guesses an address can read what is sent to it. You are responsible for what you receive and for deciding whether a disposable address is appropriate for a given service. It is not appropriate for banking, medical, government or work accounts.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text and code are protected by copyright and belong to their respective owners. You may link to any page. You may not copy the service or its content wholesale.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We aim to keep it available, but maintenance, abuse mitigation and factors outside our control can interrupt it.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost access or lost profits arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the service, which is zero.

The site may show advertising or link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or their practices; their terms apply when you visit them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
